When Partial and NA is not selected while creation of checkpoints, does the same compliance options show while audit execution?

If both Partial and NA are not selected in checkpoint creation then in the Normal mode of execution both will not appear but in an Express mode of execution Partial and NA will show but the checkpoints cannot be dragged as both are disabled.
