An additional parameter is a feature where the user can opt to add any additional information to be captured during audit execution. The parameters requested against the respective audit type will be listed to auditors during their audit execution. Super Admin can opt for a single parameter, multiple parameters or up to 12 parameters to an audit type & the parameter opted against the audit type will appear against all checkpoints during the execution of audit. Input data to be captured against each parameter can be set by the Super Admin during audit type creation.
Note: Additional parameters are optional in nature if mandatory tagging has not opted. If any additional parameter opted is tagged as mandatory, then a mandatory rule will be applied only for noncompliance.
