Edit the notification type that you have created by adding or removing certain notifications from the action or non-action section. Bring to the preferred state by adding or removing the selection from the existing list of action & non-action triggers. Once you have done it go back & refresh the audit type by just removing the notification type and adding it again, it refreshes the audit type. Once you have saved it the new notification would have taken effect.
Rule: Check if there is an audit that is ongoing or accepted, changes will not appear.
