To create the main audit, select configure audit, click on create audit type, audit type name (update Main audit type name), then select auditee and parent audit type.
Define audit type by sub audit type, select sub audit type, checkpoint group. Then define risk scoring (low, medium, high, zero-tolerance). Click on Next, Configure role (Would you like to configure roles for this audit type, if no cancel). Select configuration as required, click on Next, select Audit rating (Percentage Based Slab/ Actual Score Slab) then add a row to bifurcate the outcome of rating and submit.
Here you go main audit created.
