What is Issue level access to 'Auditor' ?

Answer
Based on Super admin's configuration, Auditor will get issues for resolution in Auditor issue module, i.e. at execution level or at cluster level. Mapping to be managed in 'System settings' module by the super admin.
Auditors having access to 'cluster level' will be able to view all the issues inside the issue module where as Auditors having access to 'execution level' will be restricted to view the issues of audits only executed by them.
