Compliance score has been set as Percentage of Positive score during audit execution itself and we cannot define the partial score during checkpoint creation.
If the Percentage of positive is selected under N/A Scoring logic, then the user has to define the percentage of a positive score of that checkpoint under the N/A Compliance score column until 99%. Auditor while executing the audit, if selects NA Compliance then the percentage of the score will be calculated.
