Checkpoint is marked as complied by auditor but in Audit360 system the respective checkpoint is showing in Issues list to Auditee and asking for due date. Why?

1Answer

Even though the compliance is marked as "Yes" but user also needs to check the positive conformity for the particular checkpoint. User can check positive conformity under Checkpoints module --> Manage Checkpoints.

For eg- If positive conformity is 'No' but during the audit execution, auditor has selected 'Yes'.

Though the compliance is 'Yes' but positive conformity is chosen as 'No' then these checkpoints become an issue.
